I've been a big fan of the Bornmühle since I was a child. The preparation of the food and the premises have not changed in years - and that's a good thing. Keep it up!

Nice beer garden with a view of the lake, but dark when night falls. Small menu. More could be made of it.

Great location, beautifully located directly on the water. Here you can slow down immediately. Good German cuisine, good portions, fair prices. Currently there was only a "stripped down" menu, but there was something for every taste. Fast, nice service. We can recommend it.

I liked the dish (steak Strindberg) very much. The other two liked it too. In any case, the price-performance ratio is right. The ambience of the restaurant is simple and a bit old. But if the kitchen is right, that's okay. The service was really friendly.

Ordinary German cuisine is offered. Tasty and at fair prices. In terms of taste, the schnitzel in the "Gasthof zur Schleuse" was a bit better - at least to my taste. It should be emphasized, however, that the Bornmühle restaurant is also open on Monday, as far as dining options in Fürstenberg are concerned, this day is otherwise a problem.

This is actually an insider tip! And we curled around forever just before Christmas Eve to get a warm meal somewhere after 1 p.m. With all due respect! The Google info was not often up to date. But this quaint eatery with a bit of GDR charm bribed with good, inexpensive food. Despite the somewhat decentralized location, very well visited by "knowing people". Food, service everything ok.

From the outside not very responsive and inside you could do a lot. But the service was nice and the selection of the card was perfectly adequate. The portions are good and the price is right.

Was here for the first time, the exterior looked quite good but then I made a time travel to the GDR. A rundown restaurant with the same inventory, a great pity. The decor so dull and bleak, the chairs and tablecloth dirty (where I had sat). Plaster had already fallen off the ceiling and it was left so, no repair. What a pity ? The daily offer was a farmers roulade, in the GDR time it was really great, but here, that was no comparison. Cheap was the food but I would not go back in there.

Food is nice German food. The rooms are clean and the view to the sea side is great. Family Schiller and her staff are very friendly nice. The breakfast is more than adequate and can not be created We will definitely go there again! !!
